We are using the standard Maine Assoc. of Realtors® Purchase & Sale
We are going straight to purchase and sale vs reservations.
Purchase price $795K for end units and $745K for center units.
Deposit / Earnest Monday – within 3 business days of the effective date, a 10% deposit is due that becomes non -refundable to buyers if they terminate without cause. Earnest Monday held by: Benchmark Real Estate in their trust account and returned to the buyer at closing as part of their purchase/downpayment.

Each unit has one deeded, dedicated, off-street parking space per unit.
There is no guest parking available.
